Excellent personal service from Hills from start to finish. Charged less than other local agents, valued my property higher, and then surpassed themselves by securing a sale, higher than the asking price, within 3 days. I was impressed with the entire team, especially Sarah and Lauren for their marketing advice and expertise throughout the entire process. Moving home is stressful at the best of times and a good agent is worth their weight in gold. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hills Residential to anyone buying or selling property in the Swinton/Worsley areas.
Had a offer accepted on a property through hills residential and the agents didnt take the property off the markets so another person then put an offer on the same house after mine had already been accepted and now I've been told their offer has been accepted so mine no longer is, even though I had started my mortgage application, I had been in to hills to get financially approved and had signed to say I was happy with the offer price.
Oh and to top it all off the house has now been took off the market.
Not to mention the woman from hills(hollie) has been very rude blunt and not very friendly throughout the whole process.
Very unprofessional in my opinion and now I'm back at square one.
